Plain and short — the way privacy should be.
No legal maze. Here is exactly what happens with what you share, what we will never do with it, and how to get anything corrected or removed. If a promise isn't on this page, ask us before assuming it.
What we will never do
- We don't sell what you ask. No question you type is ever sold, rented, or turned into an advertising profile.
- We don't run ads or rent your attention. There is nothing on this site whose job is to keep you here longer.
- The picture of your place is never for sale. The map of how care moves in a community belongs to that community — it is not a product.
When you ask for help, we don't ask who you are.
The free help door works without an account. Nothing you type there is saved unless you choose to sign in and keep it yourself. You can ask, read the answer, and leave — no trace, no follow-up you didn't ask for.
When you raise your hand, we take only what we need to reach you.
The hand-raise form asks for your name, your email, and — if you want to share them — your community and what you do there. That information is used only for that follow-up. It is never sold, and never shared beyond the steward of your own community's network. You can ask to be removed at any time, and we do it.
Your information stays yours.
- See it: ask us what we hold about you, and we'll show you all of it.
- Take it: ask for a copy, and you get one you can keep.
- Delete it: ask us to remove it, and it's removed — genuinely, not "deactivated."
As member accounts grow, these become one-click actions inside your own space. Until then, asking works just as well — the promise doesn't wait on the button.
